Overall Wedding Ceremony and Reception Schedule 2:00-4:00 Getting Ready Photos of Bride and Groom, and Family Photos.
4:00-4:20 General Guest arrive at Holualoa Inn (see Maps). Parking is available at the upper lot, although overflow parking will be across the street at the public town parking lot. 4:20-4:30 Guests take their seats. 4:30 Ceremony Begins 4:50/5:00 Post-ceremony photos begin. Big group shot first. Once your photos are complete, please head on to Daylight Mind - upstairs - for the reception. You can park either in the free Farmer's Market lot or under the building. Although the parking attendant under the Daylight Mind lot leaves at 5pm, Daylight Mind WILL validate your parking ticket, if it makes you feel more comfortable ( see Maps to reception). 6:00 Guests begin to arrive at Daylight Mind (see Maps). From the front of the building, just go up the main stairs (you'll see a cartoonish statue of a sailor sitting on a bench), and head to the right, along the railing, to Daylight Mind. Keep going straight back to the entrance, and once inside, head upstairs for cocktail hour. 6:00-7:00 Cocktails and Pupus (aka appetizers) Served Upstairs at Daylight Mind Check in for Parents and Children using Nanny Service Bride and Groom Arrive and are Announced 7:15 Dinner Toasts during dinner, starting with Eddie and Noel, then whomever feels inspired to talk. 7:45-8:15 Kids returned to nanny when ready 8:15 Cake Cutting 8:25 First Dance 8:30-12:00 Wendy's Game, Dancing, General Fun; Party Continues until 12am |
