Bride and Bridal Party Wedding Week Schedule

Saturday, March 10th
Bride Arrives in Kona.

Monday, March 12th
1:00pm - Marriage License Appointment with Andrea

Tuesday, March 13th
11:00am - Becky comes to condo with steamed wedding dress to meet Art and Sloan.
Together, tour wedding site and have lunch at Mai Grille.

Thursday, March 15th 
6:00pm - Family Dinner at Cafe Pesto in Kawaihae

Friday, March 16th - Wedding Day!
(If needed, a complete vendor list, contact numbers and schedule can be found HERE).

11:00am - Wedding Cake is dropped off at Mai Grille

12:00pm – Becky Calls Sloan to Check-in

1:00pm – Grace Arrives; Liz and Erin Begin Hair and Make-Up

Between 1:30-2:00pm – Becky drops off boutonnieres and bouquets to wedding party

2:20pm – Flower Girl and Carolyn Begin Hair

(2:30pm – Becky and Crew Begin Set up at Mai Grille)

3:00pm – Bride Begins Make-Up, Suzie Begins Hair

3:40pm – Bride Begins Hair  

​Hair Finished by 4:30pm

Get Dressed!

(4:30pm or so – Becky Heads over to Decorate Wedding Site)

5:15pm – Head to Wedding Site!

END OF NIGHT - ​Erin will make sure left over food is boxed and goes with the family. Family Members/Friends assigned will clean up flowers and decorations. Becky will have a list of items to be returned to her. Otherwise, all items go to Bride and Groom.
