Groom's Wedding Week Schedule

Friday, March 9th
Art arrives in Kona.

Saturday, March 10th
11:00am - Bessie arrives at Condo with Art’s Suit for Fitting.

Sloan Arrives in Kona - Pick her up from airport

Monday, March 12th
1:00pm - Marriage License Appointment with Andrea

Time TBD - Bessie Returns with Suit for Fitting; Will Make Additional Alterations if Necessary


Tuesday, March 13th
11:00am - Becky comes to condo to meet Art and Sloan.
Together, tour wedding site and have lunch at Mai Grille.

Bessie Brings Suit Back with Final Alterations Complete (or Becky may have it with her)

Wednesday, March 14th
8:00am - Art's suit is dropped off to Mom at Hilton

8:30am - Suit to be picked up for dry cleaning by Hilton staff

Thursday, March 15th 
6:00pm - Family Dinner at Cafe Pesto in Kawaihae

Friday, March 16th - Wedding Day!

3:00pm - Begin to get dressed and ready

4:30pm - Groom/Best Man/Son of Bride "Pre-Flight Activities"

5:00pm – Start Walk to Wedding Site, and Congregate at the Ocean Club.

5:25pm - Head to actual Wedding Lawn

5:30pm - Ceremony Begins
