Wedding Day Schedule - June 24, 2018

1:00pm – Grace and Other Stylists Arrive

1:20pm –Dawn - Hair;  Pam -  Make-Up

2:00pm – Pam - Hair;  Dawn - Make-up

2:40pm – Julie - Hair, Linda Begins Make-Up

3:20pm – Linda Begins Hair  

​(TBD, but 4:00pm or so)– Becky Arrives to Decorate Site and Make Sure all is in Order

Beauty Routine Finished by 4:30pm

Men and the Ladies Get Dressed!

4:30pm – Daylight Mind Catering Arrives 

5:15pm – Hannah C. arrives to set up for photography (to commence officially with ceremony)

5:25pm  – Guests gather at ceremony site; Kyle and Becky take their places

5:30pm – Ceremony Begins

5:50pm – Ceremony Completes/Group Photos 

6:00pm – Cocktail Hour Begins/Couple Photos with Bride and Groom

6:40pm or so – Bride and Groom join Cocktail Hour (Photos continue)

(7pm - Photography Completes)

7:15pm – Dinner is Served

(Becky will make sure all is in order, and will then say good night.)

The celebration continues.

Post-Dinner, Caterer will clean-up, and will box up any left over items for you to have later.
