8:00am Wedding Set-up
Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel Ballroom - Family and Friends
Bring:

Iron for table cloths
Decorations
Place cards

9:00am Head to Suite by Turtle Point to get Ready

9:15am Make-up (Adrienne) & Hair (GiGi)
Hilton Kingsland Condo

Robes, 2 chairs, water/snacks

Krystal, Kayla, Joan, Allison, Michelle, Okhyun, Suemee

11:00am Lunch in Condo

1:00pm or so Tracey/Dani Arrive and Take Hair & Make-up Getting Ready Photos in Suite

3:00pm First look - Pictures with bridal party and parents.

4:30pm Back to Bridal Suite to Rest and Freshen Up

4:55pm Cue up for Procession  (Becky will help with timing)

5:00pm   Ceremony Begins at Turtle Point – ALWAYS HAVE A SMILE ON
Don’t try to make eye-contact with photographers
Take your time walking down the aisle
STANDING: Bride and Groom stand facing each other, keep eyes on pictures, hand-in-hand
THE KISS: Straight-on kiss (no head turn), Eddie both hands on Krystal.
Make it count – > secs

5:30pm           Ceremony ends

5:30-5:45pm  Hugging, Greeting, Marriage License Signing, Begin Set-Up for Group Shot with Wedding Party and Immediate Family

6:00pm A Few Group Photos Before Family Photos (see Maps). Bridesmaids wait there, or go to Suite to rest.

6:25pm Family is Carted to Reception Site. Then Bridal Party Carted to Reception.

6:30pm Cocktail Hour Officially Ends. Wait Before Entering Ballroom. You will be announced.

6:35pm   Emcee Announces Bridal Party and Bride and Groom to Special Songs.

Allison Ngo & Kenneth Yun: "Killing Me Softly"
Joan Le & Richie Kim : "That's What I Like"
Kayla Yadao & Gerald Oh: " Luchini"
Mr. & Mrs. Edward Shin: "Love Never Felt So Good"
One Final Group Bridal Party Photo, then all except for Bride and Groom head to seats at head table.

6:45pm First Dance. Song: "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" - John Legend and Meghan Trainor
Followed by Important Announcements:

6:55pm   Prayer by Rev. Robin Takahashi

7:00pm   Buffet Style Dinner - Guests will be Excused by Table; Photo with Bride and Groom Prior to Leaving their Table

8:00pm   Toasts -  REMEMBER TO KEEP IT SHORT (make sure everyone has gotten their food)

8:20pm Cutting of the Cake. Song: "Sugar" - Maroon 5

8:25pm Father/Daughter Dance. Song: "Daddy's Angel" - T. Carter

8:30pm   Mother/Son Dance. Song: "What a Wonderful World" - Louis Armstrong

8:35pm        Bouquet Toss. Song: "All the Single Ladies" - Beyonce

8:45pm   General Dancing Commences. (Will start with other songs, then move to top 40s)

10:45pm       Last dance

10:50pm Sparkler Photo:  DJ announces announces that the bride and groom would like to take one last picture with guests, and if they would each grab a sparkler on their way out and line up in 2 single file lines. Becky and her assistant, Rebekah, will be outside guiding people. Sparklers will be lit by four people at center and passed down and out to ends. Photographer will tell everyone what to do. When finished, put sparklers in water buckets.
                        Have bridesmaids/groomsmen help coordinate and stand at end .

11:00pm         Night Ends!
