Guest Schedule
Saturday, September 2, 2017 4:15pm Guests with Special Needs to Arrive at Valet to be Carted Down to Wedding Site 4:25pm Guests Begin to Arrive at Valet (valet is complimentary) and Walk to Turtle Point: Enter Lobby, go right to the elevators, in front right corner of lobby. Take the elevator down to the 2nd Floor. Follow the signs to the Pool/Beach. From there, go down the pool stairs to the right, onto the lawn, and walk across the lawn to Turtle Point. (See Maps) (NOTE: walking to Turtle Point can take about 15 minutes) 4:30pm Guests Begin to be Seated, or, if Seats are Filled, Find a Place to Stand. GUESTS: Please be aware of photographers during service, especially if standing, and be sure to give them room to shoot. If seated, please do not stand or move into the aisles to take photos during service; allow photographers a clear shot at all times. 5:00pm Ceremony Begins 5:30pm Ceremony Ends. Unless specifically requested to stay, please head straight to cocktail hour. You'll go back the way you came to the lobby, then head across the lobby to the opposite side, go through the breezeway, and you'll see the cocktail hour next to the grassy area in front of the ballroom. (see Maps) 5:30pm Cocktail Hour Begins right Outside the Hapuna Ballroom, next to Courtyard 6:00pm Ballroom Opens. Guests May Begin to Take their Seats. 6:25pm Please Head into Ballroom and Be Seated. 6:30pm Cocktail Hour Officially Ends. 6:35pm Emcee Announces Bridal Party and Bride and Groom.
6:45pm First Dance Followed by Important Announcements:
7:00pm Buffet Style Dinner - Guests will be Excused by Table; Photo with Bride and Groom Prior to Leaving their Table 8:00pm Toasts
8:15pm Bonzai 8:20pm Cutting of the Cake 8:25pm Father/Daughter Dance 8:30pm Mother/Son Dance 8:35pm Bouquet Toss 8:45pm General Dancing Commences 10:45pm Last dance 10:45pm Last dance 10:50pm Sparkler Photo: Guests Please Take a Sparkler, and line up in two single file lines outside the ballroom door (please follow guidance of day-of coordinator, bridal party and photographer). Sparklers will be lit starting in the center, and lighting will be passed out to the ends. Please wait for photographer to tell everyone what to do. When finished, put sparklers in water buckets. 11:00pm Night Ends! |
