4:00  Guests begin to arrive at Hawaiian Queen Coffee Garden. Please take note of which table you will be seated at for dinner, and sign the guest book.
       
Pupus (appetizers) and Welcome Cocktails are Served.

4:15 Pre-Wedding Photography Begins with Guests and Bride and Groom.

4:35 Guests begin to be seated for the ceremony. 
 
4:45-5:00 Wedding Ceremony

5:00 Post-ceremony photos begin. Once your photos are complete, please head on down to the lawn for cocktails, and locate your dinner seat.

​Trio of Musicians Begins to Play.

5:30  Guests will be invited, by table, to get their food at the buffet. 

5:45pm Couple Photography Complete. Final tables will get their food.

6:00 Trio Concludes. Dinner Entertainment Begins.
 
6:45 Show concludes. Photos with performers, as desired, available. Dessert and coffee are served.
 
8:00 Party concludes and guests depart.
