3:00 (or sooner) Sarah and anyone left at the salon head back to house to get dressed.

3:40 Bridesmaids dressed and make-up on by. Photographers arrive.

3:45 Photographers start photographing details, dress, rings accessories, etc.

3:55-4:20 Bride’s Dress on –Mock up “getting ready” pictures,  Bridal Portraits (Photographed by Karen)

4:15 Groom and groomsmen arrive at the Royal Kona, dressed and ready, and head immediately to the luau stage/coconut lawn at the Royal Kona (see map)

4:20-4:40 Groom & Groomsmen Portraits (Photographed by Hannah - Karen's assistant)

4:20-4:40 Bride and Bridesmaids drive to Royal Kona, park, and head to the luau stage/coconut lawn at the Royal Kona (see map)

4:40-5:00 First look: bride and groom pictures

5:00-5:20 Wedding party portraits (all bridesmaids and groomsmen)

3:30-5:00 (in this window) Judy Ashley drops Cake off at Daylight Mind

5:15 Family arrives and parks at Royal Kona and meets next to the luau stage/coconut lawn (see map)

5:20 Bride and Groom (and any family members in wedding party) join family for family photos (next to luau stage/coconut at Royal Kona-see maps)

5:35 Family, Groom, Groomsmen, and Bridesmaids(?) head to ceremony site (Private Lagoon - see maps); Bride and Dad head to bridal office to wait (bridesmaids may go with you?)

5:40 Guests begin to arrive at ceremony site (Private Lagoon - see maps) and get seated

5:45 Photography of ceremony site, guests being seated, groom & groomsmen

6:00 Ceremony begins

6:25 Ceremony Ends-signing certificate; One final group shot

6:25 Guests – including wedding party – head to Daylight Mind - Upstairs - for cocktail hour (see Maps)

6:30 Bride and Groom Portraits begin; cocktail hour begins at Daylight Mind - UPSTAIRS - for guests

6:40-6:50 Photos of the Couple (Sunset Time Photos)

6:50 The wedding party will gather at (Up or downstairs TBA) entrance for bride and groom; photos of them waiting for bride and groom at entrance to Daylight Mind

7:00 Grand Entrance to Reception at Daylight mind

7:10 Mingling (Cocktail hour continues)

7:30 Dinner is served

8:15 Cake cutting

8:20 First Dances

8:35 Bouquet and Garter Toss

8:45 Photography Ends

8:45-10:00 Party Continues until 10pm
