3:30 Groom and groomsmen, get dressed and ready (4:00 Bartender arrives and sets up) 4:20 Photographers start photographing details, dress, rings accessories, etc. 4:20-4:40 Groom & Groomsmen Portraits (Photographed by Hannah - Karen's assistant) Bride & Bridesmaid Portraits (Photographed by Karen) 4:40-5:00 First look: bride and groom pictures 5:00-5:20 Wedding party portraits (all bridesmaids and groomsmen) 5:20 Family arrives and parks at Hale Wailele (see map) 5:25 Bride and Groom (and any family members in wedding party) join family for family photos 5:30 Family Photos 6:00 Guests begin to arrive at Hale Wailele (see maps) 6:00 Pre-Ceremony Cocktails; if Bridal Photos are Done, Guest Couple Portraits 6:30 Guests are Seated 6:40 Ceremony Begins 6:55 Ceremony Ends; Group Photos 6:55 Couple Sunset Photos Begin (couple must remember to sign marriage license, even if not photographed) 7:00 Guests – including wedding party – head over to cocktail area for cocktails and lawn games 7:00 Assigned Team helps move tables and chairs, then is free to party! 7:20 Photography Ends 7:45 Dinner is served; Toasts as the mood strikes 8:30-10:00 Party Continues until 10pm; lawn games, dancing, cocktails, fun! |

Here is a satellite view of where Hale Wailele is on the map. Note that you will actually have to turn down a driveway that does NOT have Hale Wailele's number on it in order to get to the gate for Hale Wailele. Once you turn down that driveway, you'll be able to see the house number with the tiles. You will go ALL the way down the driveway. There is ample parking, although carpooling is always recommended.
